This is a great trip if you live in the Edmonton area.
Included is 3 nights at the Glacier House Resort, at the base of Frisbee Mountain in Revelstoke. You travel in a Luxury Tour Coach and your sled is transported in a specially built air ride trailer. If you don't have a sled you can rent one at the Glacier House Resort (book in advance).
I went on this trip last year and I must say I was not disappointed, this was one of the best snowmobiling trips I have been on. There were 31 different snowmobiles and a very diverse group of riders, including some beginners, and some ladies who believe it or not could out ride most of the men. There were actually people from as far away as Manitoba. Glen is an excellent guide even if he rides a Dragon (ha ha). You can follow Glen, or split into a group with people you know.
If you are interested the cost for the trip is $733.95 + tax. The other expenses to keep in mind are trail fees ($15-20/day), food and fuel.
Contact Val & Glen Colbert (780) 986-1372 for details.
I have already booked a spot on the trip and I can't wait for March.
