| Just wondering what everyone rides. I currently have a 2005 Arctic Cat M7 Ltd. Mods include: 162" x 15" x 2 1/4" Camoplast Maverick track, D&D Power authority controller, D&D pipe and silencer, 4" handlebar riser, and a Goldfinger left hand throttle. I decided to keep the engine itself stock so I don't lose reliabilty. Thinking about upgrading to an M1000 in the spring. If you live in the Edmonton area and are interested Rocky Mountain tours has a trip planned to Revelstoke March 19/09. Contact Val & Glen (780) 986-1372 if you are interested. I went last year, had a great time. They also have a trip to Yellowstone in January 09. Ride safe always were a helmet. |

| I am currently running a 2003 Ski-Doo 600HO Rev. It's been a great sled and it has taken good care of me and she has taken me to many fantastic places. I was going to replace her this year but I bought a new bike in the spring so I blew the budget for this year. The problem is i'm due to replace the car next year so the old Rev may have to last c couple of more years. |

Wow, how have you blown up a 500SS twice in one year? You either have one ton of miles on it or there is something very wrong with that motor. That is one of the industries best bullit proof motors. |

| I bought old 95 Wildcat from brother last year, first season on sled, blew up quick... but the bug was placed! I went and bought used 2006 Yamaha Apex GT, love the sled (sounds annd smells so sweet). Last March I melted the hyfax, all small idlers and all three rears, replaced with better wheels. Over the summer I replaced the track with a ice ripper 121" track, rear cooler to keep my temp down and a fourth wheel kit (I disintegrated the centre wheel last year). Also the track drive bearings both sides. Next time I'll buy brand new, but for now I still love this sled, still cheaper than new and I'm ready to ride! I want to ride N-Bay this year from Lively/Sudbury and M-Toulin Island. |

Try riching up the midrange settings
I believe Doo had a issues with some of these motors blowing and found if you richen up the midrange it fixes the problems |
